Complete renovation of a Gemblout brewery
The “Saveurs à la Clé” brasserie at the Hotel-Restaurant Les 3 Clés in Gembloux has been completely renovated by Matriochka in collaboration with Intégral. The major challenge was to make two functions coexist: the breakfast buffet and the brasserie, all in one room.
Noble materials such as wood, stone, brass and leather have been chosen to give a chic and authentic atmosphere to the place. Pure shapes and lines in turn bring a decidedly modern side to the space.
Authentic and modern, just like the good food you can taste there!
The brass screens allow the refrigerated breakfast buffet to be aesthetically concealed. The existing limestone paving has been preserved and enhanced by contrast with the natural wood of the chair legs. Acoustic panels were placed on the ceiling and allowed the integration of indirect lighting. The wall coverings, fabrics and colors chosen bring a particular play of materials and skillfully highlighted.
